• For Softcover Saddle Stitch and Coil Bound: There is no spine for these binding types.
• For Softcover Perfect Bound: (pages / 444) + 0.06” = Spine Width
  or (pages / 460) + 0.06” = Spine Width for 460 PPI paper used in Magazines and Comic Books
